Paper documents sending to your accountant

 

SmartPOST1. Please send email to your accountant, where do you write about your wish to send documents via SmartPost or Omniva and what are the parcel dimensions (XS, S or M).
Parcel dimensions 
XS                  up to   5 cm * 36 cm * 45 cm up to 5 kg
S                    up to 12 cm * 36 cm * 60 cm up to 35 kg 
M                  up to 20 cm * 36 cm * 60 cm up to 35 kg 
2. Your accountant will place the order in Itella or Omniva e-service. Accountant will get packing card and send it with packing code to you via email. Accountant will add service fee to your monthly invoice. Service fee is 2.50 € +VAT.
3. You have to print packing card, paste it on the envelope with documents and go to
3.1 Itella parcel terminal. Please choose "Sending a parcel" - "business customer", enter packing code, put the documents in the packing closet and close the door.
3.2 Omniva parcel terminal. Please choose "Sending a parcel" - "business customer", scan packing bar code, put the documents in the packing closet and close the door.
It is ready.

 

Paper documents sending to customer

 

1. After drawing up the annual report, accountant will send all your documents to you.
2. Accountant will specify the location of the nearest to you packing terminal and add service fee to your monthly invoice. Service fee is 2.50 € +VAT.
3. You will get email and SMS with all the necessary infromation from SmartPost or Omniva. Please go to parcel terminal, enter packing code and take documents.
It is ready.
