Arbalans OÜ specialises in the provision of accounting services. Our offices and accountants are located in several cities in Estonia. Our team has a wealth of experience in providing professional accounting services. Thanks to our paperless service, our service reaches everywhere where the internet is available, which allows the client to use Arbalans accounting software if they wish.
We have been providing the service since 2008.

Our service is aimed at companies, non-profit organisations and housing associations operating in Estonia. Arbalans OÜ has developed a solid workflow and a set of procedures to ensure a consistent quality of service.
We use a variety of online teamwork applications that allow for smooth and secure collaboration both within the team and with clients. Thanks to this, our clients are always up-to-date with the status of their accounts. This transparency helps to prevent errors and often avoids potential mistakes in advance.
Pricing
The price of the accounting service, as reflected in the price calculator for business and housing associations, is monthly and based on average volumes over a longer period. We do not invoice entries on an ongoing basis. Our aim is to provide a high quality accounting service. We are interested in a long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation and therefore do our best to set fair prices for our services.
Software
We use a variety of business software, depending on the client's needs. Often we also work with the client's own software or interface the client's software with ours.
Arbalans itself provides the following software:
- SAF 17 terminal server version is suitable for medium to large sized businesses. SAF can be integrated with other information systems such as cash registers, warehouse, orders, etc.
- Merit It is a business software that is easy to use, both for the client and the accountant, directly in their web browser. Merit is suitable for micro and medium-sized businesses. Entering, submitting and reporting information is very easy.
- Ellrex suitable for micro-enterprises and housing associations. Ellrex also covers all your digital document management and archiving needs.
