Accounting Services

As a rule, accounting services include financial accounting, by agreement with a customer we can also take care of customer‘s sales documents preparation, purchase documents registration, bank transfers and other similar operations.

Accounting services cover permanent and emergency communication with the Tax Board, statistic’s department, Business Register and Estonian health insurance fund, including regular tax-declaration and annual report preparation and submitting as well.

We use terminal server-based software solution, which allows our customer to enter data into accounting system anytime it’s needed.

Moreover, there is also an easy web-based Remote Access system included in our service, which can be used any time to get an overview of current processes and the accountant’s work.

Also noteworthy is the fact that using our services instead of individual or “own” accountant allows customer to get rid of the risks and avoid following problems: accountancy will not go on vacation or will not get ill, no conflicts with colleagues, and no security risk for assets of the company.

More security for the customer also gives the fact that all Arbalans accountants are covered by professional liability insurance.
